- Take Communion at least once daily during the Prayer Times. Use 1Corinthians 11:23-25 as a guide. Use whatever you have to represent the body and the blood.

7PM Stillness with King Jesus:
At 7pm on the dot, Stop whatever you are doing and be Still before King Jesus. No prayer, no talking, no request, – Just stay Quiet and Put all your attention on King Jesus.
End the session whenever you feel like.
