WALKING IN THE GOODNESS OF THE LORD

Author: Prophet Cosmas Inyang

Beautiful Bible Verse:

Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee.

Psalm 31:19

The Beautiful Life Family,

I have heard people say, I can do whatever I like with my life.  The truth is, to walk in the goodness of God you can not do whatever you like with your life.

Firstly you have to submit fully to The Lord Jesus who is The Lord of your life.

To submit to The Lordship of The Lord Jesus is to submit to God.

You have to listen always to the voice and leading of The Holy Spirit in you and do as you are guided or instructed or inspired.

Walking in the fear of God is very important.

To walk in the fear of God is to walk in the consciousness of God and to acknowledge His Presence with you always.

Please carry out a sincere review of your fear of God.

Start with how you conduct yourself when you pray.

I have seen people pick up calls during their prayer time or look around or even pause to do other things.

Imagine you are in the presence of the president of your country, will you behave that way?

To act in a careless way during prayer is an indication that one does not respect the presence of God and is not very conscious that the God he or she is talking to is there.

It is time to review our walk with God, especially our fear of God because when we walk in the fear of God we will experience the goodness of God.

Declare this:

Father please forgive me for all the times I did not walk in the fear of God.

Dear Holy Spirit please guide me and teach me to walk always in the fear of God.

Say this out loud:

The Glory of The Lord is upon me and The Glory of The Lord is seen upon me.

Personalize this Bible Verse:

For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people:

But the LORD shall arise upon thee, and His glory shall be seen upon thee.

Isaiah 60:2 (KJV)
